A new project of 8 exclusive units to start work on soon.. Will be binding a contract with a company to market for them exclusively. It's past midngt, 3.25am. I hav just finished preparing the contract for the developer's to view and sign 2molo. Having some plans in mind.

Rain just stopped.. Gues it's time to tuck in and cover blanket for the old babies ya.. Gonna wake up early this morning. Good nitez!
